Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of approved EMT or paramedic patient care experience in emergency medical care OR two years of EMS education teaching.
• Certified as an EMT, Paramedic, or RN in the State of Minnesota from an accredited program if applicable.
• Preferred: current PHTLS and AMLS instructor certifications by NEMT.

Responsibilities

• Teach designated emergency medical care topics to groups from businesses, health facilities, public safety agencies and other organizations.
• Evaluate student performance and provide effective feedback to diverse groups.
• Set up and maintain instructional equipment; perform other duties as assigned.
