Job summary

REV Ambulance Group Orlando Inc. is seeking a field service technician focused on customer satisfaction, providing technical support by phone and on-site, and delivering training across REV and Wheeled Coach brands.

You will perform pre- and post-delivery problem solving, enter SAP claims, order parts, and travel up to 80% of the time. A high school diploma and 2 years in call center or electrical/manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years call center experience and/or customer service experience.
• 2 years electrical/manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre-delivery and post-delivery problem solving.
• Enter claims in SAP.
• Research and order parts.
• Travel on-site for field service repairs.
• Provide technical training to customers on all brands.
• Provide back up support to peers as needed.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
