Job summary

Qualifications

• Must understand installation/repair/replacement of REV products (Ambulance chassis and conversions).
• Must understand vendor components such as Electrical & HVAC systems and suspension.
• Must read and interpret OEM chassis and conversion drawings.
• Must read, write and perform basic math for job tasks.
• Must travel up to 80% with valid Florida driver's license and Passport.

Responsibilities

• Pre-delivery and post-delivery problem solving.
• Enter claims in SAP.
• Research and order parts.
• Travel on-site for field service repairs.
• Phone technical support.
