Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EMS field operation employees in absence of senior management.
• Ensure equipment availability for essential duties.
• Coordinate liaison between field staff and Training, CQI, Payroll, HR, Billing, and Communications.
• Prepare paperwork for incidents, breakdowns, and shift activities.
• Maintain daily schedules, training, and state records.
• Monitor deployment efficiency and cost-effective operations.
