Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to EMTs, Paramedics and support staff.
• Interpret and ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures.
• Maintain quality field operations through daily contact and evaluation.
• Assess equipment, supply and vehicle needs; coordinate with Materials Management.
• Ensure ticket-work is reconciled daily with ticket-work staff.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve staff/customer issues in a timely manner.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate training as needed.
