Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years full-time employment as a Paramedic/EMT (preferred).
• Demonstrated skills and experience in evaluating, instructing and coaching all aspects of the delivery of pre-hospital care.
• Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of the operations protocols policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to EMTs, Paramedics and other operational support staff as necessary.
• Maintain familiarity with and provide interpretation of operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure maintenance of quality field operations through daily contact, oversight, communication, and evaluation.
• Assess daily equipment, supply and vehicle needs; coordinate service as necessary.
• Ensure ticket-work is 100% reconciled daily with ticket-work staff.
• Ensure 100% of operational response exceptions are brought to closure with appropriate action.
• Respond to and resolve customer and staff inquiries and complaints in a timely fashion.
• Investigate events involving assigned units or staff, including internal reports, leadership notification, counseling, reinforcing policy, and recommending training.

We are hiring an Operations Supervisor that will be responsible for day-to-day operations including facilitation of internal communication between field staff and management, outside agency interface, system status monitoring, facilitating short-term scheduling needs, equipment, and supply maintenance, as well as other operational support functions as assigned by the Manager of Operations.
