Job summary

Northwest Ambulance Critical Care Transport is hiring a Field Supervisor to lead EMS field operations across IFT and 911 responses. You will supervise NW units, ensure protocol compliance, monitor response times, and coach crews on performance and safety.

The role demands on-call readiness, strong decision making, and adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities include real-time problem solving, staffing optimization, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Current EMT or Paramedic certification in Washington (in good standing).
• Minimum of three (3) years EMS field experience in a 911 and/or IFT environment.
• Leadership experience in healthcare, Fire/EMS service, Military, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays on a 2/2/3 rotation.
• Associate degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time supervisory leadership for field crews during shifts.
• Monitor 911 response times and IFT performance; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and document outcomes.
• Review PCRs for accuracy and protocol compliance.
• Ensure units are stocked, clean, and compliant with infection control standards.
