Job summary

Capital Health System, Inc. seeks an experienced EMS supervisor to provide clinical and operational leadership for Basic Life Support staff in both 911 and non-emergent settings.

The role supports the department management team, ensuring staff performance, certification maintenance, and high-quality patient care across the EMS divisions. This position requires coordinating shifts and collaborating with hospital leadership to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• EMT Certification required (New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or National Registry).
• Three years EMS experience minimum; supervisory experience preferred.
• NJ reciprocity or state certifications may be required within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership to Basic Life Support staff.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate EMS crews and performance.
• Ensure compliance with certifications, training, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate transports and maintain effective communication with hospital and EMS partners.
