Job summary

Falck Health Institute is seeking an experienced EMS Faculty member to join our education team, delivering initial EMT education, continuing education, and research initiatives in diverse learning environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on instruction, evaluation of psychomotor skills, and advancement of evidence-based education with opportunities for scholarship and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering EMT and healthcare education programs.
• Ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate curricula.
• Commitment to evidence-based education and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver initial EMT and other healthcare education programs in classroom and online settings.
• Demonstrate, evaluate, and provide feedback on psychomotor skills.
• Assess student learning via exams and skill evaluations.
• Support student success through tutoring and academic coaching.
• Foster inclusive, psychologically safe learning environment.
• Deliver continuing education programs from the American Heart Association, the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, and other approved organizations.
• Maintain instructional materials and participate in curriculum development and quality improvement.
