Job summary

Falck in Alameda, CA, seeks a Clinical Education Supervisor to lead clinical education, workforce development, and quality improvement across the organization. You will align programs with regulatory standards, clinical protocols, and accreditation criteria while collaborating with leadership and external partners.

You will oversee new-hire academies, continuing education, competency validation, and performance metrics, with a focus on standardized processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Valid California driver’s license required.
• Two years’ experience as a paramedic.
• Current California paramedic license.
• Instructor certification: BLS CPR, ACLS, PALS and PHTLS/ITLS or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Supervisor or Field Training Officer experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for clinical education, workforce development, quality improvement, and provider performance.
• Oversee education and training programs to meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate field training, competency oversight, and onboarding across operations.
• Support audits, investigations, and corrective actions related to clinical quality and education.
• Collaborate with EMS agencies, educational institutions, and stakeholders to advance education initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives related to clinical excellence and readiness.
