Baptist Health in Louisville, KY is seeking a PRN EMS Dispatcher to join our team. This role coordinates with EMS ambulance crews for patient transport, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity across the system.

You will work with EPIC and related EMS reporting tools, protect PHI, and demonstrate strong communication and prioritization skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, EMT education is preferred, and CADS certification must be obtained within 1 year of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; EMT education preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year prior dispatch/communication experience required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products.
• Must obtain CADS within 1 year from hire date.

The position of EMSDispatcheris responsible forcommunications with Baptist Health EMS Ambulance Service crews for patients requiring transportation services to and/or from a Baptist Healthcare facility.They maintain overall accuracy and expediency of collating documentation.They mustmaintaincurrent knowledge of EPIC software along with specialized products related to EMS patient care reporting.This positionis responsible forthe integrity of dataregardingthe System Service Center EMS Dispatch Center. Theymust practice outstandingskillat protecting PHI and have exemplary communication and prioritization skills.

Requirements
