Job summary

The individual will coordinate with Dispatch, Care Navigation and IT, applying technical expertise to hardware and software across the PTN ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in information and dispatch systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT, ProMedica Transportation Network, Care Navigation and Dispatch.
• Implement and maintain PTN systems with technical expertise in assigned hardware and software.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
