Job summary

ProMedica seeks a Supervisor, Transportation Coordinator to work with IT and the PTN to ensure efficient transport operations. The role involves implementing and maintaining transportation network systems while following policies and regulatory requirements.

The individual will coordinate with Dispatch, Care Navigation and IT, applying technical expertise to hardware and software across the PTN ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in information and dispatch systems preferred.

Location:Junction Building - HQDepartment:Mobile ICUWeekly Hours:40Status:Full timeShift:Days (United States of America)Job Summary:Alternating Weekly Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm and 10:00am - 6:00pmAs the Supervisor, Transportation Coordinator, you collaborate with IT, ProMedica Transportation Network, Care Navigation and Dispatch in accordance with all policies and procedures as well as regulatory agency requirements.In this role, you implement and maintain all components of the PTN systems by applying technical expertise in assigned hardware and software.The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the positions. It should not be considered exhaustive.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.Years of Experience: Must have two (2) years of experience in information and dispatch systems.PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:Education: Associate of ArtsSkills: Knowledge of IP radio, phone and recording systems. Knowledge of Zoll, EMS – CAD, Epic, and Image Trend operational procedures.
