Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of public safety, EMS, emergency communications or comparable dispatch experience.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to supervise personnel and provide clear direction and coaching.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct shift-level supervision and operational support.
• Promote exceptional customer service with providers, facilities, patients, and staff.
• Monitor workflow and staff activity to ensure coverage and service readiness.
• Maintain calm leadership during high call volume and emergencies.
• Ensure calls, radio traffic, emails, and other communications are handled promptly and professionally.
• Ensure protocols and service-request processes are followed by staff.
• Enter service requests accurately into CAD and address data-quality concerns.
• Coordinate transportation requests and allocate resources based on priorities.
• Maintain situational awareness of field units and respond to delays or issues.
