Responsibilities

• Answer requests for emergency medical service and enter them into the system per MPDS/ProQA guidelines.
• Dispatch calls and coordinate resources per guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records for ambulances.
• Coordinate scheduled transports in a timely manner.
• Elevate questions, problems and significant challenges to senior staff when needed.
• Follow dispatch orders and approved procedures.
• Participate in safety and back-up drills.
• Perform related duties as required.
