Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a communications specialist with EMS background.
• Must have supervisory experience or potential for supervision.
• Excellent human relations and communication skills with internal/external customers.
• Proficient with computer systems and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily supervisory functions: scheduling, staffing, assessments.
• Coordinate calls and communications coverage; on-call for after-hours issues.
• Coach and mentor Communication Specialists to ensure team needs are met.
• Maintain quality transport documentation and CQI data for the center.
• Interact with vendors for equipment service and maintenance.
