Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; EMS and/or air medical communications experience preferred.
• Experience in public relations, customer service, marketing/sales, healthcare billing, and/or insurance preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Computer literate with strong Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quality decision-making for transport requests and triage.
• Maintain communication with medical and aviation crew using a radio system.
• Document detailed medical information for each mission.
• Coordinate medical transports in collaboration with various departments.
