Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EMD certification or APCO training preferred.
• Successful completion of Workforce evaluations or screening.
• Must pass background checks (OIG/Criminal/Driving/Reference).
• Must maintain CPR certification and APCO certifications.

Responsibilities

• Attend orientation sessions and maintain required certifications.
• Type at least 40 wpm.
• Complete TABE test as required.
• Operate CAD system and manage status accurately.
• Prioritize EMS calls and determine appropriate response.
• Maintain coverage status per guidelines.
• Communicate clearly in English with teams.
• Work rotating shifts including evenings/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect sensitive information.
