Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, schedule, and dispatch non-emergent ground ambulance transports.
• Dispatch air medical assets and perform flight following.
• Coordinate patient transfers with referring and accepting facilities.
• Maintain professional communication with EMS crews, hospitals, and vendors.
• Keep detailed records and adhere to policies, HIPAA, EMTALA.
