Responsibilities

• Assist RN and provider team with basic patient-care tasks and vital signs.
• Prepare and stock treatment rooms, supplies and equipment for trauma and emergency interventions.
• Perform routine tasks such as specimen collection, point-of-care testing, wound care, and patient transport.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in patient condition to RN.
• Support clerical functions, answer call lights, manage phones, and assist with patient flow.
• Adhere to infection-prevention standards and emergency department workflows.
