Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Flight Paramedic to deliver advanced emergency and critical care during air transports from the Minot, ND area. You will work with flight nurses, pilots and medical direction in a safety-focused, team-based setting.

The role requires ND paramedic licensure, NREMT certification, CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NRP, with PHTLS preferred. A minimum of two years of flight experience is required and leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• ND Paramedic License required.
• NREMT Paramedic license required.
• CPR required at time of hire.
• ACLS required at time of hire.
• PALS required at time of hire.
• NRP required at time of hire.
• PHTLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced life support and critical care during air medical transports.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and initiate treatments.
• Collaborate with flight nurses, pilots, and receiving facilities.
• Maintain readiness of clinical equipment and medications on the aircraft.
• Document assessments and transport details in systems.
• Participate in training and quality improvement activities.
