Trinity Health Riverside - Minot, ND is seeking a Dispatcher to support safe, timely patient movement across the Trinity Health system. You will handle non-emergent ground ambulance dispatch, air medical dispatch with flight following, and transfer coordination with referring facilities.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to HIPAA and EMTALA regulations.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous EMS or equivalent medical training preferred; call center/dispatch center experience preferred.
• Must multitask including phones, visitors and other distractions; able to organize and prioritize.

Mansioni

• Ground Ambulance Dispatch: receive, schedule, and dispatch non-emergent transports.
• Air Medical Dispatch & Flight Following: dispatch air assets, monitor missions, communicate with crews and pilots.
• Patient Transfer Coordination: gather info and facilitate referrals between facilities.
• Communication & Customer Service: maintain professional, calm coordination hub.
• Operational & Administrative Duties: document calls and actions; follow policies and HIPAA/EMTALA guidelines.
