Job summary

Novelis Terre Haute is seeking an Associate Team Leader EMRA to drive reliability of plant utilities (air, gas, water, electricity) and oversee the Carpenter Shop, Machine Shop, Outside Maintenance and Truck Shop. The role includes project management for changes and new installations, leading a facilities team and coordinating contractors to meet safety, quality and budget targets.

Minimum qualifications include a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology and 5 years of heavy

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology or related field from an accredited university.
• 5 years of heavy industrial work experience and/or maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience using CMMS, preferably SAP, and project management with budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor area for safety and process improvements while complying with all programs and regulations.
• Lead reliability and plant utility optimization projects and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Manage facilities teams, contractors, and preventative maintenance to meet goals.
• Provide coaching and mentoring in Engineering Excellence and ensure training material is created.
