Job summary

USA Clinics Group, Northbrook, IL, seeks a Clinical Applications Trainer to bridge clinical operations and technology. You will deliver hands-on training, create learning resources, and provide Tier 1 support for EMR and clinical systems nationwide.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of training experience, and travel to facilities as needed. You will work with a Corporate team to improve workflows and system adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years training users on clinical or hospital applications.
• Translate EMR system information into user-friendly training content.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Proficient with EMR systems, e-learning platforms, and training software.
• Ability to travel to different facilities as needed.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, role-based training programs on EMR and other clinical applications.
• Facilitate individual and group training sessions, virtual or in-person.
• Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate onboarding education for new clinical team members.
• Provide ongoing education on updates and best practices to promote adoption.
• Monitor LMS progress and provide coaching for successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and drive improvements.
• Stay up to date with healthcare IT trends to bring innovative training approaches.
