Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• 3 years progressive clinical/healthcare experience with leadership.
• EPIC Certification within 180 days.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and coordinate multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage EMR systems and other technology, focusing on best practices and evidence‑based workflows.
• Link practice guidelines and evidence‑based concepts to electronic records.
• Create and maintain documentation and decision support tools for consistency.
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, students, fellow employees, vendors, and the public.
• Develop standards for assessment, development, and implementation of applications and systems.
• Analyze NEAT/Signal data to improve real‑time EHR usage and workflow efficiency.
