Universal Health Services seeks an EMR Specialist (FT Days) to oversee EMR systems across employed physician practices. You will evaluate new clinics, maintain records, and train physicians and staff on features and compliance.

Responsibilities include developing training docs, monitoring EMR performance, and ensuring alignment with Meaningful Use and corporate policies while collaborating with clinicians to optimize workflow.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or 2 years of college; bachelor preferred.
• 1–3 years related EMR or physician office experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of physician office workflows and clinical terminology.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for all EMRs within the market used by employed physician practices.
• Evaluate new practices per established guidelines.
• Maintain all practice EMRs per corporate policies.
• Train all new physicians and associates.
• Develop training documentation.
• Evaluate EMR performance and develop additional training.
• Keep current with new features and train staff accordingly.
• Analyze and implement policies governing electronic data entry.
• Implement, train and monitor Meaningful Use guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians to improve workflow.
