Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare EMR experience.
- Experience in training and instructional design preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel between locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver EMR training materials and documentation.
- Provide onboarding training for new hires and periodic courses.
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions virtually and in person.
- Support go-lives, upgrades, and post-go-live training.
- Triage and resolve training-related tickets across EMR platforms.
