Job summary

Axia Women's Health, the nation’s largest community-based women's health network, is seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst to join its IT team. You will work with clinicians and IT staff to implement and maintain the EMR ecosystem centered around eClinicalWorks.

This role involves collaborating across centers, documenting configurations, and supporting optimization efforts. Expect Monday–Friday work with occasional travel up to 20% to care centers in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks and HL7 interfaces is required or preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the EMR and related systems for clinical users.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical staff across multiple project phases.
• Document standards and procedures for EMR configurations.
• Assist in integration of ancillary systems and biomedical devices.
• Ensure timely communication and project delivery within scope.
