Job summary

Axia Women’s Health seeks a Clinical Systems Analyst to implement and maintain the EHR ecosystem centered on eClinicalWorks. You’ll collaborate with IT and clinical staff across project phases to ensure services align with the company’s mission.

The role supports IT with schedules and timelines; travel to care centers in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest may be required, and hours are Monday–Friday with some after-hours in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR in ambulatory settings.
• 3+ years supporting an ambulatory EMR.
• 3+ years managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation, configuration and support of eClinicalWorks EMR and related systems.
• Document standards and guidelines for EMR configuration and use.
• Identify and implement optimization and process improvements within the EMR.
• Assist in integration of ancillary systems and biomedical devices into the EMR.
• Demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills.
