Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR in ambulatory settings.
  • 3+ years of supporting and ambulatory EMR environments.
  • 3+ years managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in implementation, configuration and support of the eClinicalWorks EMR and related systems.
  • Document standards and guidelines for EMR configuration and use.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and process improvements in the EMR.
  • Assist in integrating ancillary systems and biomedical devices with the EMR.
  • Demonstrate superb communication and relationship skills; travel as needed.
