Job summary

InterSystems Corporation seeks a Knowledge Management Specialist to translate complex EHR features into clear guidance and collateral, supporting adoption across sales, implementation, support, and training teams.

You will lead the creation of multimedia content, collaborate with agile teams on usability, and ensure collateral accuracy with product updates and best practices. Prior EMR and healthcare IT documentation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Practical operational experience in healthcare organizations.
• Background in EMR implementation, training, or product support.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows.
• Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in agile development environments.
• Proficiency with documentation and multimedia tools like Confluence and Camtasia.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools with ability to evaluate AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality EHR product collateral for stakeholders including sales, implementation, support, training, and customers.
• Simplify complex product features into clear documentation, videos, diagrams, and other collateral.
• Collaborate with agile teams on design, usability, and workflow mapping to improve product experience.
• Provide guidance on system capabilities, configuration options, and best practices.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of collateral with product updates and specs.
• Create and deliver multimedia content for new releases and feature enhancements.
• Partner with regional teams to integrate best practices into training programs.
