Job summary

Empath Health in West Palm Beach is seeking an EMR Help Desk Specialist for a hybrid, full-time role. You will support EMR users (HCHB) and related clinical applications, respond to service tickets, and document resolutions to ensure smooth patient care workflows.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent, at least 1 year in a help desk or patient care environment, and proficiency with Outlook; EMR experience (Home Care Home Base preferred) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Outlook Email and Calendar; healthcare terminology is preferred; EMR experience is preferred (Home Care Home Base).
