Empath Health is seeking a dedicated Hospice Field CNA (PRN) for in-home care across Palm Beach County, FL. The per diem role runs 7:00am–3:30pm with weekend availability, serving patients with compassion and dignity.

You will provide direct and indirect care under RN/LPN guidance, assist with ADLs, maintain a safe home environment, and offer emotional support to patients and families as part of our Full Life Care mission.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license is required.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and driving record.
