Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a caring Scheduling Coordinator to work the night shift in West Palm Beach (Thu–Sun, 10pm–8:30am). The role centers on coordinating staff visits and ensuring patient care aligns with the plan of care.

You will schedule RNs, CNAs, LPNs, MSWs, Integrative Therapists and Chaplains, manage weekend/on-call schedules, and communicate with patients, physicians, and caregivers to support payroll accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in medical/clinical setting preferred.
• AA or AS degree strongly preferred.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
• Clerical and computer skills required; knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing to meet patient visits per plan of care.
• Optimally schedule RNs, CNAs, LPNs, MSWs, Integrative Therapists and Chaplains.
• Maintain weekend/holiday and on-call schedules; ensure timely communications among patients, physicians, and caregivers.
• Verify visits for payroll and billing accuracy; ensure confidentiality in care.
