Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a dedicated CNA in Boca Raton, FL. You will deliver high-quality direct and indirect patient care in home and community settings, assisting with ADLs and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment.

Strong communication with RN/LPN is essential to support patients and families. Qualified candidates hold a Florida CNA license, BLS certification, and at least six months of healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Must have Florida CNA license and BLS certification.
• Six months’ experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient.
