Job summary

Empath Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to patients across Palm Beach County. This full-time role runs 8am–4:30pm with weekend availability, serving the community with compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will work under RN/LPN guidance to assist with ADLs, maintain a safe home environment, and support patients and families through life’s challenges, contributing to our Full Life Care philosophy in a mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Florida.
• BLS certification required.
• At least six months' experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, mobility and comfort measures.
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families, fostering dignity and compassion.
