Qualifications

• Experience working with people who have mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities, or substance use disorders.
• Ability to provide support in a residential setting and during sleepovers as required.
• Valid driver's license is required for transportation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in pursuing personal goals and dreams, including community participation and advocacy.
• Provide emotional, physical, and medical support as needed, and maintain safety procedures.
• Complete documentation such as progress notes, timesheets, and incident reports accurately.
• Assist with daily living activities and household tasks in a home setting.
• Transport individuals as required and assist during emergency procedures and drills.
• Attend meetings and trainings; maintain required certifications.
