Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• At least 2 years in workforce development, career services, or human services.
• Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate goals and work plans.

Responsibilities

• Assure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Provide intensive employment case management and career planning services.
• Maintain a rolling caseload per program requirements.
• Review assessments to guide job training plans and co-enrollment.
