Responsibilities

• Facilitate Career Readiness Workshops onsite and virtually.
• Provide individual coaching on resumes, interviewing, and job-search strategies.
• Maintain an active pipeline of job-ready customers and provide placement assistance.
• Coordinate interview logistics and follow-up with customers and employers.
• Document outcomes and track progress in CaseWorthy and related systems.
