Job summary

Home Life in Corvallis, Oregon seeks a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with IDD in daily living and community integration. You will assist with activities, follow ISP plans, and maintain confidentiality while working with a compassionate team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, ability to pass background checks, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to complete required training. This is a part-time, on-site role with evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass initial background check and maintain clearance.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record.
• Ability to complete required training and annual training thereafter.
• Essential function: maintain regular attendance and tasks per description.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities to live independently.
• Report to Program Manager and follow Home Life policies.
• Document information timely and communicate with staff.
• Navigate emergencies and maintain safety for all.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
