Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience with I/DD community or 1-year caregiving experience preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required if transportation duties apply.
• Willingness to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living activities and community engagement.
• Build supportive relationships and promote autonomy.
• Assist with meal preparation, budgeting, and transportation.
• Maintain documentation and report changes in individual’s health or circumstances.
