Job summary
ServiceSource Inc in Oakton, VA is seeking a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to support individuals with disabilities in direct labor positions. You will compose and review documentation related to the supports provided, including Person-Centered Plans and Individual Eligibility Evaluations.
The role requires strong writing and interpersonal skills, and occasional travel to various community locations.
Qualifications
- One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, training, and writing skills required.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean MVR are required.
Responsibilities
- Ensure vocational and non-vocational needs of assigned individuals are met.
- Complete documentation such as Person-Centered Plans and Individual Eligibility Evaluations accurately and timely.
- Maintain familiarity with Medicaid, HCBS, CARF, AbilityOne and other funding sources and regulations.
- Travel to multiple locations and collaborate with case management agencies as needed.
- Provide training to operational personnel and coordinate service delivery.
