Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) seeks a Counselor-Case Manager to join the New View team in Greenfield, MA. You will collaborate with a program therapist to provide inclusive services, develop individualized service plans, and adapt treatment to each person’s needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in substance use disorder work, and experience with group facilitation and motivational interviewing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in substance use disorder field.
• Experience in group facilitation and motivational interviewing.
• Credentialed CAC, CADC, LADC-Assistant, LADC II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Working with program therapist to provide inclusive services to individuals served.
• Collaborating with individuals served to identify problems using assessment information and develop IAP.
• Adapting treatment approaches to the needs of individuals served.
• Documenting plan of care and maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA & 42 CFR.
