Responsibilities

• Performs outreach to prospective and current students via phone, email, and in-person contact.
• Resolves aid eligibility and award issues; communicates policy requirements accurately.
• Participates in committees and reviews award letters for accuracy and compliance.
• Represents LSU at events and recruitment activities.
