Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Special Education Teacher to support diverse learners in a flexible, mission‑driven environment in Texas. You’ll help create and implement IEPs, deliver targeted instruction, and monitor progress to ensure each student’s goals are met.

The role involves collaborating with ARD teams, teachers, families, and related service providers. You will work in settings from inclusion to resource rooms, using data to adjust strategies and promote positive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or related field.
• Valid Texas Educator Certification in Special Education (EC-12) through TEA.
• Knowledge of IDEA and ARD processes; CPR certification preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with ARD team.
• Deliver differentiated instruction in inclusion and resource settings.
• Monitor student progress with data to meet IEP goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, service providers and families; participate in ARD meetings.
• Promote positive behavior through BIPs and classroom strategies.
• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth with accommodations.
