Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow supervising PT's plan of care and state laws.
• Instruct/aid patients in active and passive exercises and gait training.
• Observe and report patient responses; coordinate with care team.
• Educate patient and family on therapy activities within scope.
• Handle diverse home care situations and maintain safety.
