Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures (health, allergy, Safe Sleep).
• Collaborate with classroom team to support curriculum.
• English reading/writing/speaking required for communication with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment.
• Greet children and families; build welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using approved tools.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision Manual; document incidents as required.
• Assist with behavior documentation and reporting per Cadence procedures.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and development outside regular hours.
