Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team in Hartford, CT. Under the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will support classroom operations, help implement Cadence programs, and foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports children''s development, including those with IEPs.

You will greet families, assist with curriculum delivery, and maintain positive relationships while ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum and programs.
• Communicate with families and leadership using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision policies and report incidents.
• Assist in managing and documenting child behaviors per policies.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Support enrollment and licensing requirements.
