Cadence Education is hiring a Preschool Support Teacher to assist in daily classroom activities and implement Cadence programs. You will support children’s development, maintain safety, and collaborate with the team, families, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow safety procedures including allergy protocols and Safe Sleep practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Read, write, and speak English effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment for every child.
• Greet children and families daily and build welcoming relationships.
• Follow IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed.
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using Cadence-approved tools.
• Adhere to Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents as required.
• Assist with documenting and reporting escalated child behaviors per Cadence procedures.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as scheduled.
