Qualifikationen

• Degree in Physical Therapy; graduates eligible for licensure considered.
• Physical Therapist: TX license required.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required within 14 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Perform initial evaluations and develop/update individualized plans of care.
• Provide a variety of direct physical therapy treatments.
• Meet patient care productivity standards and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote positive customer service and involve patient/family in goal setting and education.
• Complete documentation (charting, charge entries, peer reviews) per policy.
• Utilize hospital information systems for patient care and schedule management.
